Founder and Managing Partner
Background
Ayoub Challot created Mirabilys after more than 20 years in senior operating and financial roles across several industries, including manufacturing, distribution, and business services. Over that time, he led business turnaround efforts, performance improvement programs, and strategic projects involving restructuring and growth. The experience of sitting in the CFO or COO chair during challenging periods shaped the operator‑first approach that defines Mirabilys today.

Led or supported multiple business turnaround and restructuring advisory mandates in middle‑market companies
Held leadership roles with direct responsibility for P&L, cash, and lender relationships
Worked with private equity investors and family‑owned businesses on value creation and exit preparation
